Dyeing and Finishing Department has over 1300 employees and advanced whole-set equipment for Dyeing and Finishing imported from German, Korean, Italy, Hong kong and Taiwan. We offer specific services such as preshrinking, brushing, peaching, shearing and resin finishing, calendaring, antistatic finishing, flame retardant finishing, water and oil repellent finishing, antibiotic finishing, sweat absorption finishing and no-iron finishing, etc. Our products enjoy good reputation in domestic and international markets and they are exported to Europe, the United States, and other countries and regions.
Dyeing and Finishing Department has 5 divisions. Division 1 focuses on dyeing and finishing pure cotton woven fabrics and has fading, the boiling and bleaching production lines, the 2 mercerizing production lines, the 2 pad dyeing production lines, 2 cure processing lines and nearly 100 jiggers. Currently, we are trying to introduce equipment to enhance our productivity of Division 1. And Division 2 deals in processing fur suit fabrics, shirting, silks, gabercord and various fabrics. We have 200 spillover high-temperature dyeing machines, 5 calenders and 4 sizing machines. Division 4, processing middle-grade woven fabrics such as pure cotton, pure polyester fabrics, T/C, CVC, and shoe fabrics, has 100 sets of J-Model machines, spillover machines and normal temperature machines. Division 5, specializing in processing top and medium grade woven fabrics such as pure cotton, T/C and CVC, has nearly 100 large-capacity dyeing machines. And the new Business Division, specializing in processing fur suit fabrics and shirting, has over 100 spillover machines.
